We grow peonies ourselves
The Alexflowers team grows peonies and sells roots and cut flowers. We started with notes in a notebook: what is planted where, who ordered what, what has already been dug up.
Every year we improved our record-keeping. That is how the notebook grew into an app, which we first built for ourselves.
It does not create extra work like a notebook does: entering data is easier, and the app does all the calculations itself. We know the specifics of the job, so the app does exactly what is needed.

All orders in one place. The preparation queue suggests the most efficient order, and the Shipments section shows which orders are ready to be packed. You can always see what is already prepared and what is still waiting.

Your own web page with your offer. The buyer chooses and places an order on their own, and you do not need to build a website.
Documents and backup
Orders and packing lists for buyers, and an interface in 8 languages: Russian, English, Latvian, Lithuanian, Estonian, Polish, German and Finnish. A backup of all your data can be exported to Excel at any time.

Online shop: buyers order on their own Coming soon
The buyer does not need to message you and wait for a reply. They open your page and immediately see what can be ordered.
- The shop is linked to stock: every variety has its own photo, price and quantity in stock, updated right after each order. Whether to show the quantity to buyers is up to you, but they still cannot buy more than there is in stock.
- The buyer selects varieties, enters their details and chooses a delivery method.
- The order goes straight into your records. You confirm delivery and the final amount yourself.

Documents and backup: your data is always with you
The order and the packing list can be printed or saved as PDF in the buyer’s language. The interface is available in 8 languages.
At any moment you can save your records on your own device as an Excel spreadsheet: varieties, customers, orders with shipments and the planting map. If you ever want to leave, you leave with everything you have kept.
Backups are stored on two different servers in Europe, which ensures reliable saving and recovery of data. Plus your own copies on your device.

Veikly is free for now: it is a beta version, but you can already use it.
“Standby orders” mode: pay less when you are not selling anything
Sometimes you do not sell anything for a while. On the Seller Pro plan the mode can be chosen by month: you pay the full price only for the months when you sell.
- Active: everything is included, taking orders is open. You pay according to the chosen plan.
- Standby orders: listing your offer and taking orders are switched off. It costs considerably less than the full plan.
- All your data is kept. You can use all the features included in your plan, except listing your offer and taking orders.
The cost of the mode and the switching conditions are being finalised; we will show them in the plans before launch.
