How to work in Veikly
A short step-by-step guide: from sign-up to shipping a parcel. Anything marked with a plan in the app is available on that plan and above.
Quick start
Six steps, and your orders and parcels are under control.
- Sign up: name, email, password and consent to the terms. A 14-day trial opens right away with all the features of the Seller Pro plan.
- Open “Profile” (the icon at the top right) and enter your farm's name. The rest is for documents: company details, contacts, logo.
- In “Varieties”, add the varieties you grow.
- In “Field”, create a plot and mark where each variety grows.
- In “My shop”, choose what you sell, at what price and how many.
- Create your first order: it appears at once in the preparation queue, in stock and in shipments.
Tip.The “How to start” page (the first menu item) repeats these steps with links.

Field
The planting map: what grows where and how many plants to expect.
- Press “+ New field”. Pick a shape: beds (number of beds and places in them) or a circle or semicircle (radius and distances; the number of places is calculated automatically).
- Click a cell to enter a bush: the variety (one field: a list of varieties opens when you click, and suggestions appear as you type; you can also type your own name), status, estimate of divisions, planting date and a comment.
- Statuses: “Not flowered”, “Confirmed” (the variety flowered and was confirmed), “Dug after 1, 2 or 3 years”. Dug bushes are not counted in the estimate. You can rename the statuses and give the three free colors to statuses of your own (“Edit status names” above the map).
- “Select several” lets you fill many cells at once: click cells, a bed number or a place number.
- The “Plot overview” button shows all plots on one screen. Turn on “Arrange on the map” to drag the plots and rotate them as they lie on the ground.
- Every place keeps a history of changes.
